A small Ashtanga studio in Building A, Royal Hill Condotel, Thappraya Road, teaching Mysore style. It asks everyone to call for the current schedule and prices.

In Mysore style, each student works through the sequence at their own pace in a shared room, guided one to one by the teacher.

An undated image on the schedule page shows self-practice, private sessions by arrangement, Ashtanga Elements, and Yin or restorative classes. We do not treat it as this week's timetable.
