This is a hospital department, not a gym, recovery lounge or place to train alone. It treats people after orthopaedic surgery and with musculoskeletal or neurological problems. A doctor assesses you; physical and occupational therapists then follow a plan made for you.

There are evaluation, treatment, traction, chest-therapy, child-development, daily-living-skills rooms and an exercise zone. Treatments include heat and cold, whirlpool, laser, electrical therapy, traction, partial-body-weight support, shock-wave, children's occupational therapy and acupuncture. Which suits you is a medical decision.
