When we checked on 2026-07-27, the site showed no day, week or month prices. Ask separately about a group class, an open-gym slot and a private session, as each may be priced differently and include different things.
Training & details
The website offers personal training, small-group training, nutrition and DNA testing, MMA and self-defence, dodgeball, slacklining, target archery and archery tag. A CrossFit-branded page is still up on its site, but the gym is no longer in CrossFit's directory.
Group sessions run Monday to Friday 09:00 to 10:00 and 19:00 to 20:00, and Saturday 09:00 to 10:00. On weekdays you can book open gym or private training between those classes. Ask what the class is called and how it is run on your date. It is in East Pattaya.
