First-visit trial

The current Fitz Club page advertises a complimentary first-visit trial covering the gym, pool, sauna and steam, plus one hour of tennis, pickleball or squash. This is a time-sensitive operator offer, not a permanent entitlement. The public copy does not fully define eligibility, booking lead time, identification, court availability, expiry or whether equipment rental is included. Arrange the trial with the club before travelling.

The operator describes an air-conditioned fitness centre with cardio and weight-training equipment, free weights, an aerobic studio and a jogging track. Sportswear is required. The broader club includes swimming, tennis, squash, table tennis, pickleball and a multipurpose court; published material also names badminton, basketball and futsal configurations by arrangement.

Fitness classes, personal training, tennis coaching and Thai-boxing instruction are named services, but a service name is not a daily timetable. Confirm the selected coach, level, language, duration, inclusion and cancellation terms.

Tennis and court pricing

The 2026 outside-guest rate sheet publishes different tennis windows:

• Child under 12 from 07:00–18:00: ฿150 per hour, per court, per child.
• 10:00–15:00: ฿350 per hour, per court, per person.
• 07:00–10:00 and 15:00–18:00: ฿400 per hour, per court, per person.
• 18:00–20:00: ฿500 per hour, per court, per person.
• Certified freelance coach: ฿2,000 per hour.
• Hitting partner: ฿1,000 per hour.

These are outside-guest rate-card lines, not a guarantee of an available court or partner. Ask whether balls, rackets, lighting, tax or another fee is additional.

Membership terms published for 2025–2026

The linked operator brochure lists the following memberships and says its rates are subject to 7% VAT:

The separate day-pass sheet does not state VAT treatment, so confirm whether the displayed ฿800 is the final payable amount. Also ask about joining, freeze, refund, cancellation and family-access conditions rather than inferring them from the table.

Pool, sauna and steam details

The operator lists a Jacuzzi pool, changing rooms, lockers and shower amenities. Sauna and steam use is limited to four people and 30 minutes per session, with staff asking for advance notice of arrival and preferred temperature. Those operational details make a booked visit more reliable but do not establish real-time capacity.

Unauthorized external coaching requires prior approval; the current operator page publishes a ฿5,000 penalty. A visitor bringing a coach or arranging instruction outside Fitz's own channels should obtain written permission first.

• Trial eligibility, expiry, booking lead time, ID requirement and equipment inclusion.
• Whether the adult and child day-pass prices include VAT.
• A current day-by-day class timetable, coach availability or court inventory.
• The exact number of multipurpose courts: current operator materials use conflicting singular and plural wording.
• Membership joining, freeze, cancellation and refund terms.
• Whether extension 2621 or 2622 is the preferred direct contact at every time.
