The drink is not a food-and-drink allowance. A cabana takes up to four people or one family, but no price is published. Body Rock Fitness members also get 25% off at Rock Spa and 15% off at the hotel restaurants.

This is a pool for fun, not lengths. The hotel lists no lane sizes, lap hours, coached sessions or fitness classes.

Come for a lazy swim or a family day out. If you need proper lanes, look through the Pattaya swimming directory and the swimming-pool guide first.

• The pool is open daily 07:00 to 21:00, but non-guests can only use it 09:00 to 19:00.
• Call +66 38 428 755 before you set off, especially at weekends or on event days, and ask if you need to book.
• Check the age cut-off for the child price and whether you need ID or to register.
• Ask whether towels, lockers, changing rooms and parking are included, where to collect your drink, and whether you can swap the cocktail.
