Kombat Group Thailand is a residential camp in Huai Yai selling multi-discipline combat-sports stays rather than a simple local gym pass. The official pages are strongest on package structure, accommodation tiers and what is included in the camp purchase. That makes it useful for longer-stay travellers, but less useful for someone who only wants one straightforward drop-in class.
What training is on offer
Kombat's current official course and pricing pages cover Muay Thai, western boxing, MMA, BJJ, weight loss, self-defence and fitness products. The public presentation is organised as camp packages, with room type and discipline changing the price rather than showing a simple "one class" ladder. Office hours are published as Monday to Friday 08:00-19:00, Saturday 08:00-16:00 and Sunday closed, while the contact page separately says phone contact is available Monday to Saturday 08:00-20:00.
What it costs
Kombat's current official pricing page checked on 2026-07-27 lists Muay Thai or western boxing from ฿20,900 for 1 week Standard or ฿24,900 for 1 week Deluxe. It also lists BJJ Academy from ฿17,900 for 1 week Standard or ฿20,900 for 1 week Deluxe, and MMA from ฿23,900 for 1 week Standard or ฿27,900 for 1 week Deluxe. The same page keeps the lower Bronze fighter-option tiers live, including ฿12,900 for 1 week Muay Thai/Boxing, ฿10,900 for 1 week BJJ and ฿14,900 for 1 week MMA in a single fan-room format.
Those are not interchangeable prices. The standard and deluxe packages include training, gym use, three meals a day, air-conditioned accommodation with en-suite bathroom, pool access and listed extras such as a one-time private lesson, body-composition analysis, a slow juice and a Thai massage on arrival. The Bronze packages include training, gym use, three Thai meals a day and a fan room with Thai-style bathroom, but explicitly exclude pool use and other resort facilities. The operator also says displayed prices exclude 7% VAT and 3% credit-card fees.
A Bronze BJJ week and a Standard Muay Thai week are different products, not just two prices on the same ladder.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Kombat suits someone who wants a longer structured camp stay and is comfortable buying accommodation, meals and training together. It is especially relevant for travellers deciding between Muay Thai and grappling or between a cheaper fan-room camp and a more comfortable en-suite package.
It is a weaker fit for a visitor who wants a central Pattaya location, a cheap one-off class or a clean public drop-in menu. Getting there
The operator lists 49/1 Moo 4, Soi Chak Nok 19, Huai Yai, Bang Lamung, Chonburi 20150. That places the camp inland on the East Pattaya / Huai Yai side, well away from the central beach corridor. This is a sensible location for a residential product but a poor one for anyone expecting to walk out of a Beach Road hotel and train without transport planning.
Because accommodation is part of the purchase, the useful transport question is the arrival chain: airport or city transfer, exact camp entrance and how isolated you want the base to be between sessions.
Before you go
Read the price page carefully and then ask follow-up questions about the exact package you want. Kombat's site is better than most at listing inclusions, but there are still practical gaps: which sessions belong to the chosen discipline, what equipment the camp lends, whether private lessons are automatically scheduled or must be booked, and how taxes are added at payment.
If you are comparing Bronze with Standard or Deluxe, focus on the real trade-off: room and facility level, not only the headline amount.
