Pattana Sports Resort
Thai Maps calls the 27-hole property พัฒนา สปอร์ต รีสอร์ท.
Pattana is a Khaokhunsong sports resort combining a 27-hole golf course, a 50-metre pool, other sports facilities and several accommodation types. Its July early-bird promotion has expired, but the operator now displays a separate recurring Tuesday offer with resident eligibility restrictions. Ordinary visitor golf and all non-golf facilities remain quote-required.
What training is on offer
The operator describes three nine-hole golf courses, making 27 holes in total, and says the layout serves players across different skill levels. Its sports and accommodation pages also document a 50-metre pool, the Arena, EnergyLab, a leisure pool near the hotel and longer-stay rooms near the sports facilities.
Those facilities make Pattana more than a single tee-time product, but they do not prove that a hotel booking automatically includes golf, pool lanes or EnergyLab access. Compare the resort with other choices in the golf directory and verify each component of the intended package.
What it costs
The operator’s current promotion page, rechecked on 23 August 2026, displays an every-Tuesday THB 2,000 all-inclusive round covering the green fee, caddie and golf cart. It is limited to Thai nationals and expatriates holding a long-term visa or work permit. The page displays no end date, so confirm that the offer is still valid for the intended Tuesday and that the player meets the documentation requirement.
The older THB 1,650 Early Bird Golf Deal ran from 1-31 July 2026 and has expired. It is retained only to explain why that old number must not be reused as an ordinary or tourist rate. Travellers who do not qualify for the current Tuesday offer need a fresh complete quote covering green fee, caddie, cart, tip guidance, rental clubs, balls, tax, insurance and any other charge.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Pattana suits a golfer or sports group that values course, pool, training and accommodation at one inland site. It is also relevant to longer stays because the operator publishes hotel, mansion, villa and apartment categories, but each facility and access product needs a current quote.
It is a weaker choice for a beach-based visitor seeking a walkable golf option, or for an ordinary tourist who needs a public unrestricted tariff before contact. Golfers comparing course-first options can use the Pattaya golf guide; swimmers should verify access rather than treating the resort pool as a public lane session.
Getting there
The operator and Maps place the resort at 99/89 Moo 9, Khaokhunsong, Si Racha, Chonburi 20110. Maps publishes phone +66 38 318 999. This is an inland Si Racha resort, not central Pattaya. No operator-published source checked published a baht-bus route, public shuttle fare or fixed travel time.
Use the exact resort pin and state the booked facility at the gate or reception. Ask the golf desk where to check in if arriving before the hotel’s listed 15:00 check-in time.
Before you go
Contact the golf desk with the date, player count, residency documents if using the Tuesday offer and intended tee time. Obtain written confirmation that the quoted total includes the green fee, caddie and cart. Ask about the caddie tip, club rental, dress requirements, cancellation, weather policy and the last arrival time.
For swimming or broader training, ask whether access is public, hotel-guest-only, member-only or separately bookable; request the lane timetable and equipment rules. The swimming-pool guide explains why a documented pool is not automatically a public day pass.
What we could not verify
- No general unrestricted tourist green-fee table was published on the checked operator pages.
- No stable public price for the 50-metre pool, EnergyLab or other sports facilities was found.
- The THB 1,650 early-bird promotion expired after 31 July 2026 and is not a current price source; the separate Tuesday offer has no displayed end date and needs date-specific confirmation.
- Cart rules outside the promotion, caddie tipping, rental clubs and cancellation terms require direct confirmation.
