Phoenix Gold is a 27-hole club in Huai Yai, arranged as the Mountain, Ocean and Lakes nines. It suits golfers who value a choice of loops, documented practice facilities and pre-bookable rental sets. It does not publish a stable current green-fee table, so the exact playing transaction remains contact-first.
What training is on offer
The operator says the course opened in 1993 with an original design by Denis Griffiths and documents 2014-15 upgrades by Pirapon Namatra and GolfEast. Mountain is described as three-dimensional with views towards Khao Chi Chan, Ocean as tree-lined with elevation changes and Gulf views, and Lakes as the shortest loop with position and lay-up decisions. Those descriptions do not guarantee the pair of nines assigned on a future date.
The official facilities page lists a driving range open daily 06:00-18:00 with 12 bays using mats and natural turf, plus a chipping green and putting green. What it costs
The operator's price list, checked 29 July 2026, lists an 18-hole green fee of THB 3,000 on weekdays and THB 3,500 on weekends, plus THB 400 for a caddie and THB 700 for a cart. The published standard stack is therefore THB 4,100 weekday or THB 4,600 weekend before any tip. The same page lists a 27-hole green fee of THB 4,100 weekday or THB 4,900 weekend, with THB 600 caddie and THB 1,050 cart charges.
Ask reservations for one written total covering the green fee, caddie, cart, rental clubs, shoes, locker or required charges, taxes, deposit and payment surcharge. Request the cancellation, weather and no-show terms too. Do not use an agent, reseller, old review or city-wide estimate as the venue's current rate.
Who it suits — and who it does not
Phoenix Gold suits a golfer who wants a 27-hole choice, a documented range and the ability to request equipment before arrival. The clubhouse address is 111 Moo 9 on Sukhaphiban 2 Road in Huai Yai. Use the exact live map rather than assuming a Pattaya-branded course is near the beach. The East Pattaya index provides inland context, but no checked source publishes a universal transfer, fixed journey time or fare.

The current exact Maps identity and operator site support daily 06:00-18:00 operation. The pro shop is listed 05:30-18:00. These are facility windows, not a last tee time; ask how early the group must check in and which nine combination is expected.
The facilities page lists Titleist and TaylorMade rental sets with separate left- and right-handed stock and advises pre-booking an appropriate set. It also lists locker rooms, showers and shoe cleaning. The club says carts are optional for groups of up to four, with one player per cart, and mandatory for groups of five.
