SMASH Fitness Kickboxing
SMASH is a coached group-training studio on Thepprasit Road, not a traditional fight camp. The operator currently presents kickboxing, strength and hybrid fitness, while its booking grid supplies the most useful view of actual class formats. The limitation is price: the public portal does not establish a dependable baht tariff.
What training is on offer
The operator describes three programme strands: kickboxing, strength and hybrid training. In the live booking week checked on 27 July 2026, named sessions included Get Smash, Smash & Sweat, strength and conditioning, hybrid preparation and hybrid strength. The displayed sessions were generally one hour and some were labelled for all levels. That week also showed a Sunday 10K easy run, but one booking week does not prove a permanent weekly running programme.
This mix is why the directory places SMASH in the Pattaya fitness category rather than treating it as evidence of a full-time competitive Muay Thai camp. The checked pages do not publish a ring count, equipment inventory, sparring policy or fight-team pathway.
What it costs
The operator's FAQ, checked 29 July 2026, publishes a free seven-day trial. This is a trial offer, not a published membership tariff. The public membership portal displayed several numerals beside a dollar sign, but it did not clearly establish the transaction currency or explain enough inclusions to turn those figures into a reliable Pattaya price. They are therefore not reproduced here.
Ask the studio for the current trial, single-class and membership prices; whether tax is included; and whether gloves, wraps, app access or class reservations carry separate charges. A blank directory price means the amount remains unresolved, not that training is free.
Who it suits — and who it does not
SMASH may suit a beginner or returning exerciser who wants scheduled coaching that combines striking with strength work. The all-level labels in the checked week are useful evidence for placement, but they do not guarantee that every class is introductory. The solo female fitness guide explains what any new visitor should confirm about coaching contact, arrival and the return route without declaring a venue universally suitable.
It is a weaker choice for someone who needs a published fight-preparation programme, a guaranteed sparring session or a fully itemised price before making contact. That reader should compare the Muay Thai directory while matching the exact product rather than the venue label.
Getting there
The operator and current Maps identity agree on 62/229-230 Moo 12, Thepprasit Road, Nongprue, Bang Lamung and phone +66 84 271 8820. Use the exact SMASH pin because Thepprasit Road covers a long corridor. No operator source used here publishes a baht-bus route, parking capacity, transfer fare or fixed journey time.
Before you go
The current Maps profile lists 09:00-21:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-12:00 Saturday-Sunday. Those are venue hours, not proof that a suitable class starts whenever the door is open. Check the live Glofox schedule, reserve the intended session, state your experience level and ask whether gloves and wraps are supplied or must be brought. Reconfirm the start time because the grid can change after this verification date.
What we could not verify
- No unambiguous current baht rate card or package inclusions were published.
- Glove and hand-wrap hire, showers, lockers, parking and minimum age were not established.
- The checked pages did not confirm a competition team, regular sparring or a permanent Sunday running schedule.
