Tickets are personal and run continuously from the start. Unlimited and punch cards can be refunded only before first use; punch cards can be extended for ฿300 per 30 days.

The operator publishes full-cable riding and low-speed periods intended for beginners. Those periods run Monday-Friday 10:30-12:00 and Saturday-Sunday 09:00-10:30. A lower cable speed may help a first attempt, but it is not a guarantee of individual coaching or a risk-free session.

The price-conditions page says riding rates include a life jacket, basic board, service charge and VAT. A helmet is mandatory and available to rent. The public pages do not establish that an instructor is included with an ordinary riding ticket.

Published hours are Monday-Friday 10:30-18:30 and Saturday-Sunday 09:00-18:30. All riders must register, sign a waiver and provide a photo. A rider under 15 needs a parent or guardian present to sign, or the operator's specified notarised waiver arrangement.

Life jacket and helmet use are mandatory. Confirm whether the selected ticket includes coaching, which board is suitable, how equipment upgrades are charged and how weather or technical interruptions are handled.
