The gym does not post day, week, month or personal-training prices. Other directories give conflicting figures, so we leave them out.

Call or message and ask about the option you want: one visit, a multi-day pass, a monthly membership or one-to-one coaching. Ask about a joining fee, key or deposit, whether a month means a calendar month or a set number of days, and how you can pay.

A general gym with one-to-one coaching. Six days before our 2026-07-26 check, a post advertised personal training with Coach James, with no price, length or availability.

Neither Facebook nor Maps lists the machines, free weights, cardio kit or classes. Air conditioning, showers and lockers are unconfirmed. Compare published facilities in the fitness directory.

• Contact the gym in the daytime, even if you plan to train late.
• Ask how to sign up, whether night access after midnight needs a key or member approval, when staff are in and where the entrance is.
• Confirm the price and the equipment your workout needs.
• For personal training, send your goal, experience, injuries and preferred time; ask who coaches, how long a session is and whether gym entry is included.
