On Thai Maps the courts beside the rescue station are สนามวอลเลย์บอลดงตาล. Pick-up games usually start around 16:00.

Beach Volleyball Thailand lists three floodlit courts near the Sea Rescue area on Jomtien and Dongtan Beach, where mixed-level players meet for doubles and quick sixes from about 16:00 every night.

Location context

The courts are near the Sea Rescue area on Jomtien Beach / Dongtan Beach. Use the pin and look for the nets; the beach is long. The Jomtien area page shows the wider area. Parking, buses, showers, safe storage and an accessible path over the sand are unconfirmed, so plan your trip home and watch your things.

What remains unconfirmed

Around 16:00 is a usual start, not a booking; weather, sand, tournaments and numbers decide if a game forms.
Maps says "open 24 hours" because the beach is public; games and lights stop well before that.
Bring water, sun cream and sand-friendly clothes, and ask the players about teams, rotation and donations.
Do not count on a ball, knee pads, first aid, water or bag storage.
