These are places to start a run on your own. There is no club, coach or measured course.

None is provided. On 27 July 2026 we checked Maps and found separate public places at Pattaya Beach, Jomtien Beach, Mabprachan Reservoir, Nong Prue Public Park and the Pratamnak hill park area. Mabprachan includes Mabprachan Public Park beside the reservoir; Pratamnak includes Chaloem Phrakiat Park and nearby viewpoints.

Open the exact pin. Pattaya Beach and Jomtien Beach are different waterfronts; Nong Prue Public Park and Mabprachan are inland; the Pratamnak results cover several landmarks. The Central Pattaya area page and Jomtien area page give the general area, not travel times, fares, parking or entrances.

Plan where you will get water and how you will get back.
Do not count on open access, lights, toilets, drinking water or a smooth surface all the way.
There are no opening hours and no one to call if something changes on the day.
