• Gym and facilities: THB 300 per day, THB 800 per week, THB 1,500 per month
• Boxing and Muay Thai classes: THB 1,000 per day, THB 4,000 per week, THB 8,000 per month
• Weight-cut / recovery room: THB 200 per day, THB 600 per week, THB 1,000 per month

The THB 300 day pass is gym-only. If you want coached Muay Thai, compare the class price, not the gym pass.

The page also offers a 12-month sport visa for THB 45,000. That is a long-stay option; a short visit does not need it.

ISS is a boxing and Muay Thai gym first, with a wider gym around it. Boxing and Muay Thai classes run Monday to Saturday from 14:00 to 15:30. A separate pass covers the rest of the gym and its facilities.

The tone is old-school and fight-focused rather than resort-style. The gym says it was founded in 1989. What matters for planning is that a coached class and a cheaper gym-only day are bought separately.

The recovery or weight-cut room has a sauna, ice bath and specialised cardio equipment room. It is an add-on to training, not a spa.
