Fitness 7's current chain site advertises ฿350 for 1 day, ฿1,600 for 1 month, ฿4,500 for 3 months, ฿8,400 for 6 months and ฿14,400 for 12 months, rechecked on 10 October 2026. The rate card says the products are for use at a “selected club.” The exact Pattaya branch page identifies The Avenue location and included classes but does not repeat the tariff, so Pattaya eligibility is not asserted as settled.
The chain product card lists locker-room and shower use, a consultation, parking and a free class at selected branches. The exact Pattaya page separately confirms free classes at The Avenue. It does not independently repeat the other inclusions, so ask the branch to confirm the entire selected-club bundle rather than treating every chain benefit as Pattaya-specific.
Before paying, ask The Avenue branch whether the chain rate card applies there, whether the one-day pass is a full 24-hour entry or a limited visit window, whether any joining fee applies, and whether class access needs a booking or member check-in.
Fitness 7 Pattaya is a true general-purpose 24-hour gym, not a Muay Thai camp or a hotel fitness room. The official Pattaya branch page is clear on the big picture: a large mall-based facility with weights, cardio, functional space and a boxing ring, open around the clock. The operator's main site also publishes a current chain rate card, but the Pattaya branch page does not repeat it.

The official amenities language covers cardio machines, weight machines, free weights, a boxing ring and a functional-training area, and the branch page says free classes are provided at this location. The broader About Us page also says Fitness 7 provides staff help, boxing gear, kettlebells, mats, rollers and other miscellaneous equipment. The boxing ring and gear support striking practice, but the public evidence is stronger for general fitness access than for a named combat timetable.

The branch sits on the first floor of The Avenue Pattaya, room A100, on Pattaya Second Road in Central Pattaya. That makes it one of the easier large gyms for someone already staying in the central-south corridor. Because it is in a mall complex, use the exact branch entry and current mall access instructions rather than assuming every entrance stays open the same way overnight.
Call or message ahead if the class matters to you. The public branch page says classes are included, but it does not publish the class timetable on the checked page. If the chain day product is accepted at Pattaya, confirm that its listed locker-room, shower, consultation and parking benefits all apply there, and ask whether a towel is provided or rented.
If you plan to use the boxing ring, confirm whether ring time is structured, free-use or class-led. A ring on the floor is not the same as a guaranteed coached boxing session.
